Minolta New-MD 35mm F2.8 is in the shortlist of my personal favorites. A fit girl with great shape and incredible IQ. Of course, I’ve got an extra one copy, because can’t imagine what I would do if something bad happens with the lens which is always in my bag.

Testing methods description
- Target: cityscape
- Distance: > 200 meters to center focus point
- Camera: Sony A7II (24mpx, full-frame, tripod, remote control). M-mode, ISO fixed, WB fixed, SteadyShot – OFF. The focus point is on the center only.
- RAW processing: Capture One, default settings. All quality settings – 100%. Crops – 300×200 px

Both copies work similarly. A little/nano difference can be spotted in the middle position if wide opened, but it’s not enough to stop calling these lenses as twins.
